Training Memberships at SFHQ
​
Training Memberships at Sarah Fechter Fitness are designed using periodization. Periodization is a systematic athletic training design which optimizes ones goals while protecting the integrity of your overall health. Periodization is the most widely used resistance program design to avoid over-training by systematically alternating high loads of training with decreased loading phases to improve components of muscular fitness such as strength, strength-speed, strength-endurance and more.

What does that mean for our clients?
​
You are able to train consistently week after week, month after month, and year after year with a structured effective training design laid out by owner and coach, Sarah Fechter. Our qualified head coaches deliver detailed meso cycles. Tempo, training technique, physiology and more are all reflected in our training designs.
SFHQ is the only group fitness training facility in mid - Michigan that applies science and periodization to group classes which is exactly why we deliver results.
