Service Description

Instructor: Tanisha Date: June 14 Time: 5:40 am Description: An interesting dynamic between energizing spin intervals to engage the lower body and cardiovascular system, followed by a series of barbell exercises targeting the total body! Through barbell training our instructor will guide you through all the basic functional movement patterns like squats, lunges, presses and rows! This fusion session provides a comprehensive workout that builds cardiovascular endurance and strength, and enhances your overall muscle tone!
