Service Description

This is a moderate/fast-paced yoga session focused on elevating your heart rate and active breathing. Cardi-Yoga is designed to increase flexibility and improve cardiovascular health (cardio) while strengthening the major muscles of the body. Members can expect a 10 minute warm up followed by a 30 minute flow sequence, ending in a 10 minute cool down. The goal is to feel flushed, refreshed, and ready to take on the day as we introduce an additional option to get your cardio in at SFHQ
