Ashtanga is a specific sequence of flowing postures that are linked with breath. The sequence will build stamina, flexibility, and strength. With predefined postures, Ashtanga is a practice that will create a foundation that you can come back to time and time again.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of a cancellation, a minimum of 48 hour notice is required in order to rebook the class. For less than 24 hour notice will result in full charge for the missed class.
