FAQ’s for Campers:

How do I register for camp?

  • Step 1: Download & fill out the camp registration form for your desired season. The summer form can found at the top and bottom of this page.

  • Step 2: Make payment by stopping in to our store front or calling the studio during our current hours of operation which can be found on our home page.

  • Step 3: Submit your completed camp form to inbox OR in house at our store front during our current hours of operation which can be found on our home page.

Do I need a medical release to participate?

  • No, we have changed our policy. In order to participate in a Sarah Fechter Fitness camp, you will only need to fill out the camp registration form. A medical release is only required for campers if appointed by staff after reviewing your form.

What if I need a floating schedule?

  • If you are not able to commit to the same weekly schedule for the duration of the camp season due to your work schedule (ex: nurses), we offer a total of 15 clients the option for a floating schedule. These 15 spots are sold on a first come, first serve basis. There is an additional cost for this and a specific protocol that must be followed in order to maintain your floating schedule through out camp.

What if I will be missing camp sessions for any reason?

  • This year, due to COIVD19 and the limited capacity for each camp, we will not be offering a prorated price for any reason. 

Where do I pick up my t-shirt after I have registered for camp?

  • T-shirts may be picked up in person at our store front during open hours of operation. Sizes are first come, first serve.

What will I need to partipate in camp?

  • A set of Dumbbells, 10-15lbs.

  • Water to drink

  • Gloves - training glove or baseball gloves for the track

What precautions is SFF taking due to COVID-19?

  • You can find our current safety initiatives here. These will be updated weekly to support our safe & slow reopening phases.

  • Additional safety plans, specific to camp, will be posted in a private Facebook group “SF Games 2020” so that all clients are aware of the precautions we are taking to keep them safe.
