How do I create a account through sarahfechter.com?
To create your account for sarahfechter.com go online to sarahfechter.com. If you are viewing the website on a computer click the text that says "Log In" in the top right corner of the screen; If you're viewing on a tablet or mobile device click the drop down menu located in the top right corner of your device and you'll se the "Log In" text as well. Once you have clicked the text, you'll be prompt to sign up through your email, Facebook or Google. Be sure to sign up with a email you can access and a password you remember.
I can't play my On-Demand class on my tablet or mobile device even though I purchased it.
When you are trying to watch your On-Demand class on your tablet or mobile device be sure to use the Google Chrome browser. You are able to download the Google Chrome browser on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, login to your account sarahfechter.com account through Google Chrome and you should be able to now view your classes you purchased.
I signed up through email and forgot my password.
If you forgot your password, don't worry. Click the "Log In" text in the top right corner located on your device. In the top portion of the screen below Sigh Up you should see text that reads "Log In", click that text. Next click the button at the bottom that reads "Log in with Email". At the bottom of the screen you should a text that reads "Forgot password?" click that text. You will then be asked to enter your email that you used to sign up your account. You will then receive a email asking you to reset your password. Click the link provided in the email and you will be able to reset your password to a new password. Be sure to remember this password this time.
I created an account through the SF mobile app but can't Log In through the website.
If you created an account through the SF mobile app and not through the sarahfechter.com website you must make a different account on the website. The SF mobile app and website are 2 separate accounts and do not talk to each other.
