  • NEW, train 4 days instead of 3! - We've upgraded the starter package from 3 days to 4 days to allow flexibility. We know life gets busy. Feel free to train all 4 days or train 3 days and allow yourself a flex day in the case life throws you an unplanned curveball.

  • Morning, evening, and NEW INDOOR sessions available for our community attendees. Adding indoor schedules as an option allows for a ton of flexibility for our participants when creating a sustainable training schedule.   • Summer GAMES operate August 1 - 31. Indoor sessions are held at SFHQ Gym and outdoor sessions are held in Saginaw Township. Location and address will be located in your camp welcome packet.  

  • Camp Capacity limit 35/40 each session. Registration ends July 3 or before if camps sell out.

The SF Games now represent preventative health and wellness, community, comradery and consistency for all SFHQ Goers and like minded health enthusiasts in the tri-city area. We’ll operate with a mix of indoor and outdoor options for all attendees to choose from.
