This is not the SF Games. This option is our SF original Strength & Conditioning class which will be offered outdoors due to our indoor gym/fitness mandated closed by the government. You must pre-register as no drop ins are allowed. It will be operated just like a camp sign up; once you register there are no class transfers, make ups, or refunds. It is a commitment for the duration through October 4.

Express Outdoor Bootcamp

This is not the SF Games. A mixture of conditioning and metabolic strength for the ultimate caloric burn. This is an intense 45min total body workout using dumbbells & a variety of bands/ropes (SF Game camp equipment will not be used at this class). Class starts at 5:45am sharp; get in, sweat hard, & on with your day.

The SF Games Outdoor Bootcamp

The SF Games are geared towards all fitness levels, males and females,  ages 13+. The workouts are designed using a variety of training methods for performance, optimal fat loss, and a sense of community for overall wellness. You will experience the support and leadership that have fueled thousands of transformations in the Great Lakes Bay Region since 2005.

October 5 - October 25

We're extending our fall fitness options through October 25. Registration is open to both current and new members. Three different fitness options are available for signup. Options include Outdoor Strength & Conditioning Class, Express Bootcamp, and The SF Games Outdoor Bootcamp. All 3 options are pre-register only on a first come first-served basis.

Current Members: If you are currently registered and participate in our fall camps and classes, you may extend your schedule or choose a new schedule. You will not need to fill out new registration forms or the longer COVID waiver below. To secure your extension you may call and make payment during our hours of operation starting Saturday Sept 12.  

New Members: Yes! We are accepting new registrations. You may register for the fall extension by downloading the forms below, both camp registration forms and the COVID waiver and submit them to our front desk with payment to secure your spot.
