Neither! Our memberships are not contracts. You’ll make a monthly payment that occurs every 4 weeks.

We accommodate and invite guests to experience SFHQ via our SFHQ Guest Pass and SFHQ Out of Town Pass. The SFHQ Guest Pass is for guests looking to attend an SFHQ Event. New SFHQ Events are offered a minimum of twice monthly. To view our upcoming events please refer to our monthly training schedule above or click on our “Events”(https://www.sarahfechter.com/book-online) tab. Our SFHQ Out of Town Pass. This pass is for non-local guests who are visiting from out of town. With this pass you may train up to 4 sessions in a one week period and will gain access to our 6,000 square foot training facility, double decker sauna, rain showers and lounge. This pass is not for individuals who live local and cannot be purchased for consecutive weeks in a row. Yes. With a Legacy Membership you’ll gain access to up to 4 training sessions per week. This allows for some flexibility in your training schedule. You are not obligated to use all 4 sessions every week, but the option is there!

As an SFHQ Gym member you’ll gain access to discounts on practitioner grade supplements. If you would like to enhance your membership you may combo your training membership with the SF Coaching Method which offers personalized nutrition coaching. You will be granted a 3-day grace period for late and/or declined card transactions. If your payment is late beyond the 3-day grace period, SFHQ reserves the right to charge a late fee as well as restrict access to unpaid training sessions.

To cancel your membership, and return at another time please submit a 30-day written notice to info@sarahfechter.com. (mailto:info@sarahfechter.com)A 30-day written notice is the optimal way to cancel your membership. If someone is only stepping away for a short period, they may request a membership freeze instead, however, freezes are limited to a maximum of 8 weeks per calendar year.

To qualify as a referral, the individual may not have attended SFHQ as a member or guest in the last 18 months.

Your “free” month(s) will be applied immediately and will take the place of your next recurring monthly membership payment. Free earned months cannot be saved, exchanged, gifted, traded, transferred, or used at any other time. To use a “free” month you must have an active membership at SFHQ without a submitted 30-day cancellation notice.
