DANCE FITNESS
Not your typical dance fitness class. Looking for a good sweat to a top-notch playlist? Grab a friend and join us for an hour of fun with original SF choreography!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
S + C focuses on a variety of strength methods including relative strength, muscular endurance, hypertrophy and more using an assortment of equipment such as free weights, body weight, and resistance bands. This class is an SF original and is easily our most popular strength class for the last 15 years.

BARBELLS
Barbell strength is a great way to take your strength to the next level. This class is very similar to our Strength & Conditioning methods with the added challenge of using barbells and plates versus dumbbells.

TRX®
TRX®- Bodyweight suspension training; great for athletes (sport-specific training) and exercisers of all ages. TRX® offers over a thousand exercises to develop a lean physique, strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. All Sarah Fechter Fitness instructors are TRX® trained.

ASSTHETICS
Assthetics has become one an SF favorite on the class schedule. This total body workout focuses on all of the aesthetically pleasing parts of the body such as glutes, core, shoulders and arms.

SPINNING®
Sarah Fechter Fitness is an official licensed SPINNING® facility; all instructors are Madd Dogg certified. SPINNING® improves cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, and speed. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start for bike set up.
SEASONAL CLASSES
