PROGRESSIVE COURSES

NEW at SFHQ, progressive courses! In a four week progressive course you will be training with your coach and the same course team for the entire month. Your coach will begin the first week with the foundations and progress the class weekly with new theories, education, exercise selection and more! Each week you will be able to measure your progression and by the end of the month you will be able to perform and execute the course of your choice well with proper form, technique and intensity. How do I register for a course?  

You can purchase one or BOTH of our Progressive Courses in our online store, register in-person at the studio or by calling the studio to make your purchase over the phone.
**To access account balance, courses must be purchased in house**

This file is for you to download and fill out. Once completed please bring the form with you to your first session. If you do not have access to a printer, please arrive to the studio 15 minutes early to complete your new client waiver.
