Service Description
Pronounced “chee gong,” Qigong is an ancient practice often described as meditation in motion. Through fluid and intentional movements, it enhances energy flow (Qi), circulation, balance, and internal vitality. Paired with Yin Yoga, a slow and grounding style that deeply nourishes the body, this class offers the best of both worlds. Yin targets connective tissues, fascia, joints, and ligaments while calming the nervous system. It is slower than a fast-paced class yet profoundly effective for athletes and active adults.
