
The SFHQ Summer Camp season was established in 2005. What began as the first outdoor bootcamp of its kind locally has grown into a 21-year tradition, welcoming over 10,000 attendees across mid-Michigan. Early mornings in June and July, sunrises, partner workouts, friendships forming, proposals, and post-session barbecues have become part of the fabric. This has always been more than a boot camp. It is a seasonal SFHQ tradition built on movement, energy, and shared experience.
Over time, the camp has evolved alongside the people who show up for it. Training now reflects a more intentional blend of strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery, grounded in a deeper understanding of metabolic health and longevity. Sunrise yoga, qigong, yin yoga, and yoga nidra now live alongside strength sessions, creating a full-spectrum approach that supports how people train, recover, and live.
There is a distinct energy to summer at SFHQ. You see it in the members who return year after year and in those experiencing it for the first time who quickly find their place within it. The 2026 camp season continues that tradition with an elevated membership experience and expanded indoor and outdoor sessions across all seven days of the week.
Early bird registration opens April 13th through April 30th, giving members first access to upgrade to a premium summer membership and unlock the full camp schedule for June through August. Guest access opens May 1st.
