In 2024, we’re taking a functional, preventative, health first approach to improve the quality of your health span and life span.


This aligns with our mission and purpose to bridge the gap between consumers and the modern day medical system and assist and empower individuals to proactively and preventatively shape their own path to optimal health and well-being. Yes, you can still count on the foundational basics that you all know and love! There will still be trailer days, circuits, and some of the fan favorite camp activities that have been a hit over the years!

  • How much is the investment?
    Prices vary based on the depth of your health concerns/issues, as well as the goals you have in mind and the length of time and skills it may take to complete the desired goal. For example, if you are someone who is relatively healthy with no major health concerns with a desired goal of losing ten pounds, that scenario may take much less overall time, experience and knowledge versus someone dealing with autoimmune issues and /or a potential gut infection that may need an deeper dive into one on one coaching as well as extended length of time: both calling for a higher level of coaching. Each potential client is assessed individually during the free application call.
  • Who normally signs up for your online coaching?
    People from all walks of life sign up got our online coaching to become the healthiest and fittest versions of themselves, including those who: Overeat when spending time with friends or family. Have tried different diets and struggled to maintain results. Are busy—which makes it hard to eat healthy and work out consistently. Are tired of restricting and feeling deprived of eating enjoyable food. Have recently received a diagnosis and have health concerns. Feel overwhelmed on where to start with health and fitness. Rely on caffeine for energy due to constant poor sleep. Face body image and self-esteem issues. This list is by no means exhaustive.   • What happens after I apply??
    You'll be sent an email that includes a personal assessment. Our head coach, Sarah Fechter, will review your submitted answers and send you a calendar link to schedule your free discovery call to determine how our coaching method can help you… Eat foods you enjoy without sacrificing your progress Solve the root problems that are preventing you from achieving success Feel confident in your ability to navigate and overcome unexpected obstacles
  • Do I need a gym membership or certain equipment?
    Neither are essential. We provide personalized workout programs that are adjusted based upon your nutrition plan, the equipment you have access to, and the exercises you’re able to perform.
  • I don’t live in the United States. Can I still do online coaching?
    Yes! That’s the power of online coaching. No matter where you live, you can get the support of our world-class coaching experts. We work with clients from all over the world. So as long as you have access to the internet—you can work with one of our coaches.
  • How much time does the program require?
    The time required each week will fluctuate based on your specific goals and starting point. Your coach will consider your current lifestyle and other responsibilities and guide you effectively to avoid overwhelm.
  • How often do I check-in with my coach and what does a check-in look like?
    Check-ins are typically one time per week on the same day each week. When you check-in, you will submit a check-in form (that we provide you with), along with progress pictures. Your coach will then respond to you within 48 hours via a loom video response.



The original "Sarah Fechter Fitness Boot Camp" was established and launched in 2005, and it has taken the Tri-Cities by storm since. Thousands of people have attended the outdoor camp and witnessed all of its evolutions over time. From the initial boot camp to the SF Games, and beyond. We were able to adjust and realign the camp as our expertise, experience, and delivery evolved. Thousands of transformations and friendships have emerged as a result of our resolve to show up for our own health and our community.
