All online coaching contracts start with a 6 month commitment contract as our goal is to get away from cookie cutter fast transformations and help the client create a sustainable, compilable, healthy approach to living. Online coaching is more than just fat loss and cutting calories. All clients receive ongoing support along with weekly check ins and additional benefits for the duration of the contract.
